ENTRY REPORT SITE-96 INCURSION

At 02:17 hours on February 28th, a moderate incursion was registered at Site-96. The secondary breach occurred in the eastern perimeter, resulting in the breach of several anomalous entities. Initial response teams were activated to containthe breach}. A partial lockdown was instantly implemented. The extent of the incursion remains undetermined. F

Upon implementation of Containment Breach Protocol Alpha-7 at Sector-96, all personnel are to swiftly evacuate the sector. Entry into the affected area is strictly banned. A exclusion zone will be established at a minimum distance of 500 from the source of the breach. All units are to maintain on standby, prepared for receive additional instruction
